Alerts When a Lead Is Ready to Talk

3 minute read · Updated November 7, 2026
In short

Not every lead is ready to build. Our system gives each lead a score based on what they do: answering the form questions, opening your emails, clicking your links, visiting your pricing page or replying to a text. When a lead's score jumps, you get an alert right away.

What are hot lead alerts?

Not every lead is ready to build. Our system gives each lead a score based on what they do: answering the form questions, opening your emails, clicking your links, visiting your pricing page or replying to a text.

When a lead's score jumps, you get an alert right away so you can call while they are interested.

Why it matters for builders

When you have 40 leads, you cannot call all of them every week. So you call the newest ones.

And a serious buyer from two months ago who just came back to your website gets missed.

How it works

  1. 1
We set scoring rules based on what your best buyers usually do. Tuned to your business.
  2. 2
Every action a lead takes adds to their score. Quietly, in the background.
  3. 3
When a lead crosses the line, you get an alert to call them now. While they are still looking.

Questions builders ask

Does a high score mean they will sign?

No, but it means they are paying attention right now. That is the best time to call.

Can I change what counts as hot?

Yes. We adjust the rules as we learn who your real buyers are.

Who gets the alerts?

You, your sales person, or both.
