Payment Processing
Home Builder Marketers ("we," "us," or "our") uses Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") as our primary payment processor for all online transactions. By making a payment to Home Builder Marketers, you agree to these Stripe-specific payment terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.
All payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe's platform. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. This information is handled exclusively by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.
Stripe as Payment Processor
Stripe acts as a third-party payment processor on our behalf. By submitting a payment, you also agree to Stripe's own terms of service and privacy policy:
Home Builder Marketers is not responsible for Stripe's handling of your payment information beyond what is outlined in our Privacy Policy. Any issues related to Stripe's platform or infrastructure should be directed to Stripe's support team.
Billing
When you provide payment information through our Stripe-powered forms, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed-upon services. Key billing details:
- All charges will appear on your statement as "Home Builder Marketers" or "HBM" followed by a transaction identifier
- Invoices are sent via email before or at the time of billing
- You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date
- Failed payment attempts will be retried according to Stripe's retry schedule, and you will be notified of any failures
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified in your service agreement
Recurring Payments
For ongoing monthly services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis:
- Recurring charges are processed on the same date each month as your initial payment
- You will receive an invoice via email before each recurring charge
- You may update your payment method at any time by contacting our team
- Recurring billing will continue until the service is cancelled in accordance with our Terms of Service
Cancellation
To cancel recurring payments:
- Contact our team at info@homebuildermarketers.com or call +1 (888) 778-9917 with at least 30 days written notice
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days in a billing cycle after services have been rendered
- Any outstanding balance must be paid in full upon cancellation

Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized:
- Contact us first at info@homebuildermarketers.com so we can resolve the issue directly
- We aim to resolve billing disputes within 5 business days
- If you file a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend services until the dispute is resolved
- Fraudulent chargeback claims may result in termination of services and collection efforts for amounts owed
Security
We take payment security seriously. Our payment processing includes:
- All payment pages use SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS)
- Stripe is a PCI Level 1 certified service provider, the highest level of security certification
- We never store your full card details on our servers
- Stripe uses machine learning and advanced fraud detection to protect against unauthorized transactions
- Two-factor authentication is available and recommended for your account
While we implement strong security measures, no system is 100% secure. Please protect your account credentials and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
