This refund policy applies to all services offered by Home Builder Marketers, including but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Search engine optimization (SEO)
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile management
- Google Ads management
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising
- CRM and automation setup
- Reputation management
- Content creation and strategy
Refund Eligibility
Because our marketing services are custom-built for each client, the following guidelines apply:
- Before work begins: If you cancel your project before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees, minus any non-refundable setup or consultation fees outlined in your agreement.
- During active work: If work has already begun on your project, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed. We will provide a clear accounting of work delivered to date.
- Recurring services: For ongoing monthly services (SEO, ads management, etc.), you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. No refunds are provided for the current billing period once services have been rendered for that month.
- Satisfaction guarantee: We back our work with a 12-month results guarantee. If we do not deliver the agreed-upon results within the guarantee period, we will continue working at no additional cost until those goals are met.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your name, company name, and a brief explanation of your refund request.
- Our team will review your request within 5 business days and respond with a determination.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:
- Third-party costs that have already been incurred on your behalf (ad spend, domain registrations, hosting fees, stock images, premium plugins, etc.)
- Services that have been fully delivered and approved by the client
- Custom work that has been completed according to the agreed scope, even if business circumstances change
- Delays caused by the client not providing required materials, access, or approvals in a timely manner
